DEVELOPMENT REVIEW
BOARD (DRB)
The Development Review Board holds quasi-judicial hearings on property development proposals. The Board examines all proposals for consistency with the Town's Zoning and/or Subdivision Regulations, either approving or denying each proposal on that basis alone. The Development Review Board also hears appeals from decisions of the Zoning Administrative Officer.
