DEVELOPMENT REVIEW BOARD The Development Review Board’s regular meetings are held the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Room of the Municipal Building. The Development Review Board is charged with processing site plan, subdivision, and conditional use applications and variance requests and appeals of the Zoning Administrator's determinations, and Local Act 250 Review of Municipal Impacts.
